I love this department store. I love the gourmet floor!

Free observation deck (Sky Lobby) on the 11th floor, take the escalator up to 2F and keep walking straight until you can take the elevator up to 11F on your left. Awesome views of Shibuya crossing! We came at 5PM on a Saturday, there were only a handful of people here.There's also a scale model of the city here.

Great mall like many malls in Tokyo. This one has a great vantage point overlooking the greatest crossing in the world! Love to visit again

We had delicious cake from Harbs then went downstairs to get bread from the Joel Robuchon bakery. I've also been to a cafe in this building which was also nice.

The multi-level shopping mall overall is okay. The majority of the stores are arranged like a department store and nothing really interests me. What I regularly come here for are restaurants on the upper floor. Been here for Tonkatsu and Gyu Taan. Also there are a number of observation lounges or spaces to view Shibuya area.

A high-end mall not quite suitable to me. I cannot help recommending a patisserie shop called Patisserie Jouir. Their fruit tarts are awesome. I tried fig tart, pear tart and the orange tart. All are incredibly yummy. It seems that I can only buy these tarts in Shubuya Hi Katie, no other places in Tokyo can find this shop.

Good for shopping good quality ones. I love the gourmet floor the most.
